О Б Р А З Л О Ж Е Њ Е

        Радослав Милошевић је песнички наследник Васка Попе поникао у усменом предању српске народне књижевности. Враћа се природном кругу вечности и види да све иде од цвета до косидбе, од семенке до јесени, од извора ка понору и опет се јавља Сунце из уског грла песме...“ (Милован Данојлић). „Милошевићеве пјесме чувају лирски и епски садржај и душу једног светосавског народа. Чак и извјесни иронични прелази у појединим пјесмама и стиховима, дјелују питомо и не доводе у сумњу основну нит људскости, а ако се каткад извије патетични зов из дубине народа, пјесник га вјешто удијева у цјелину књиге поезије и њену хармонију...“ (Момир Војводић).
         „Поезија не мора да буде весела, мудра и елегантна, па ни јасна и логична, али мора да буде поезија, па макар и метафизичка као код песника Радослава Милошевића... Милошевићеве песме, а њих има највише, нису без значаја и значења. У њима има лепих мисли, успелих слика и добрих стихова...“ (Др Миљко Шиндић). „Радослав Милошевић, пева једноставно, сажето, онако како уочава. Његов поглед на свет (на људе и природу). Он је ту, а позија се догађа оплођена, емотивна и мисаона...“ (Милијан Деспотовић). Разапет између срца и логоса, Милошевић ипак долази до спознаје о поезији која нас везује, о љубави која нас хуманизује и о Богу који нас сједињује. „Његове слике су преплављене звуцима и мирисима, у суштини, несталог свијета: свеци и ратници, очеве небеске њиве, мајчин благи лик, сатанини војници, говор траве и биља, кнез таме. Са свих необичних слика поручује да небо није тако високо, земља тврда, а човјек бескрајно самотан...“ (Мр Слободан Правица). Пјесник који је стварање пјесме и црта до које и преко које стиже, изражава  сложено осјећање. У поетским сликама доминира симболично треперење танке биљке, коју газе, чупају, пале друге грешне биљке, које ће бити кажњене. Пјесник овог поднебља као што је Радослав Милошевић открива, тражени „Свијетли дан“, и кад пријети поплава опште таме... (Ружица Комар). У овом тешком и тмурном времену, гдје се осјећа угроженост српског народа, пјесник Радослав Милошевић са њиме саосјећа па пише да и „Небо има црну траку над безданом“ (Милован Крунић). 
           Развојни пут код Милошевића се креће у истраживању у области поетских симбола и форми. Он се опредијелио за поезију са богатим језиком-Српским језиком у коме се осјећа сјај шпанског језика, описност руског језика, афоризми грчког и латинског, а понекад и грубост њемачког језика. У поезији игре облика крије се једноставност. Он пјева о отпалом, увелом лишћу, јасену, маслачку, грабу... о травама и дрвећу својим стилом, као да се приближава Јесењиновим брезама и Цветајевој коприви и чичку. Даје им душу, мисао и значај, јер их носи од ране младости из херцеговачког села Брестица, и све га на то подсјећа, камењар, крш, пропланци, путељци... Биљке убијају отрови и штетна зрачења, и на свој начин дензифекују ваздух. Код Милошевића биљке штите људе од злих духова, благотворне су на радном мјесту и у кући. Осјећа се код пјесника да душу лијечи само завичај; као да хоће да каже:“Гдје је зрно клицу заметнуло, ондје нека и плодом почине“ (П.П. Његош). Милошевићево перо је умочено у кандило, ријечи лете, а његова поезија ће да траје. Милошевић усавршава поезију и њено настајање те поставља отворено питање од“Пјесме над пјесмама“ и Богочовјека-Христоса без кога се ни у позији не може. 
Милошевић је стасао када се стварала поезија „западна“, „источна“, „несврстана“, „паганска“, „пролетерска“, и „малограђанска“, али није њима припадао. У  његовој поезији тога нема. Пјесник слути да ће ударити гром пред нас од којег ћемо се за час преобразити и од чије муње ћемо обновити душу кроз поезију у нешто љепше и трајније. „(Љиљана Лукић)
         Прву пјесму „Зеко на братовим скијама“ објавиле су му „Мале новине“ 1958 године по препоруци Вукашина Вукотића,наставника ботанике, зоологије, науке о човјеку  српског језика у Основној школи на Планој код Билеће. У Народном позоришту у Тузли, код директора Меше Селимовића, познатог српског књиевника, покренуо је рад Књижевног клуба“Патрис Лумумба“ 1961. године са Станком Ристић,Милорадом Лазићем, Драгом Јовановићем и др. У Народном универзитету у Лукавцу основао је Књижевни клуб“ Мостови“ 1962. године и покренуо издавачку дјелатност са браћом Павловић. У Пурачићу оснива Литерарну секцију“ Озренски пламен“ 1963. године са Тихомиром Савичићем и другим младим писцима. У Ријеци оснива Књижевно друштво „Домети“ 1965. године са Ђакомом Скотијем и Недељком Фабријем. У родним Брестицама код Билеће, оснива Књижевни клуб „Свитања“ 1964. године. У Требињу 1993. године оснива Књижевну заједницу“Јован Дучић“. 
Покреће и организује први фестивал савремене поезије тадашње Југославије у Лукавцу код Тузле 1963. године. У Ријеци покреће и уређује студенски лист 1965. године. Прве „ Дучићеве вечери поезије“ покреће 1967. године у Требињу. Покренуо је прве књижевне сусрете на Козари 1968. године. Први алманах поезије „ Сунчане капије“ објављује 1968. године у Требињу у коме је, поред Радослава Милошевића, заступљена поезија Радослава Братића, Мирка Поповца, Тодора Дутине и Божа Милошевића. Обнавља „Дучићеве вечери поезије“ 1993. године у Требињу, и предсједник је Одбора тих Вечери до 1998. године на иницијативу Српске новинске агенције Републике Српске. Успоставља блиску сарадњу књижевника Херцеговине и Црне Горе од 1968. године и наставља ту сарадњу непрекидно до данас, започету са професором Слободаном Бошковићем и пјесницима Књижевне заједнице“ Владимир Мијушковић“.
          Учествовао је на бројним књижевним манифестацијама и на њима добијао више признања и књижевних награда, као и на књижевним сусретима на Козари, Тјентишту, Мајевици, Лукавцу, Смедереву, Никшићу, Подгорици, Бијелом Пољу, Крагујевцу, Крушевцу, Новом Саду, Стражилову, Сремским Карловцима, Херцег Новом, Дубровнику и др. 
         Поезија му је заступљена у више зборника и антологија савремене српске поезије и превођена на више страних језика : талијански, руски, бугарски, македонски, румунски, турски. Више пута је учествовао на Међународним сусретима писаца у Београду. Заступљен је у Енциклопедији Матице Српске, Лексикону писаца Југославије, Монографији „ Ко је ко у Југосавији“ , те у књизи „Знамените личности Републике Српске“. У Зборнику „Српска проза данас“ објављује књижевну баштину српске Херцеговине која у задњих петнаест година износи преко хиљаду нових књига , од којих је велики број сам рецензирао и уређивао, или припремао за штампу. Био је дописник бројних листова и часописа у бившој Југославији и Републици Српској. Објавио је преко двадесет књига, од тога једанаест  збирки пјесама : „ Над понором“ , „La Speranzza del vento“, „Клетва наде“, „Украдено Сунце“, „Дио нашег лица“, „Близина црне рупе“, „Зелени Десило“, „Небо зове“, „Над Безданом“, „Нада вјетра“ и „Пјевати па постојати“. Четири књиге о Јовану Дучићу: „Земаљско и Небеско Јована А.Дучића“(монографија), „Епска рапсодија о Јовану Дучићу“, „Дучићев пут“ и „Требињска химера“, те једну завичајну монографију „Брестице некад и сад“ ( у штампи); затим , пет књига из математике за студенте основних магистарских и докторских студија. Објавио је преко тридесет научних, стручних и публицистичких радова из математике, што га је произвело у доктора математичких наука и звање вандредног професора Филозофског факултета на Универзитету Источно Сарајево. У штампи му се налази још неколико књига из поезије и математике.

сада од њих живи наша црква
засад плачу само сељаци

и старије жене и грешници 
ситни мали јадни и невољни
кад би којим чудом проплакали

проплакали главни грешитељи 
Русију би спопала несрећа
од поплаве покајничких суза

све у срећу радост и весеље
проклетога Зеленог Десила

Десилове чете фаворита
љубимаца младих милосника

са француском господском заштитом 
јуришају на штиту са штитом
Сеном брже него нафтне мрље

српски јади зар ће Франце снаћи
на прагу им ти вјешти ласкавци
придобише наклоност владара
не слутећи драму такмичења

премала је Ајфелова кула
Тријумфална капија и врата
и француска европска бешика
кад је клети Десило ушика

са најјачим оружјем на свијету
(у гаћама на срамоту свијету)

у баштама поља Јелисеја
још не слути француска господа

да цвјетови зла су код Бодлера
процвјетали за њих на Косову

по коме се шепури Десило
има више од шест вијекова
 
 

                ДР РАДОСЛАВ МИЛОШЕВИЋ

           Рођен је 12. маја 1944. године у Брестицама код Билеће. Основну школу завршио је у Коритима, осмогодишњу школу у Планој код Билеће, средњу школу у Тузли, а вишу школу у Ријеци. Природно-математички факултет завршио је у Сарајеву на одсијеку математика-физика и стекао звање професора математике. Двогодишње постдипломске студије завршио је на Свеучилишту у Загребу и стекао научни степен магистра природних знаности из области математике. Одбранио је магистарски рад на тему: "Теорије о конструктибилном". На Природно-математичком факултету у Бањој Луци одбранио је докторску тезу под насловом: "Неке релације коеквиваленције на полугрупама са релацијама различитости" и стекао научни степен доктора математичких наука. 
          Предавао је математику у средњим школама у Требињу, на Вишој педагошкој школи у Мостару, затим је био виши асистент математике на Учитељском факултету у Призрену, те по оснивању Факултета за производњу и менаџмент у Требињу при Универзитету у Српском Сарајеву изабран је за вишег асистента математике.
Објавио је преко 20 научних и стручних радова, од којих наводимо пет:
          - "Неки Голдбахови проблеми", "Математичко-физички лист", Загреб, страна 82-85, 1982/83. године.
            - "Some characteristics of recursive structures", "Радови математички", Академија наука и умјетности Босне и Херцеговине.
         - "A note on two problems in construtive set theory", Proceedings of the II Mathematical conference in Pristina 25-28, 1996, 49-54.
            - "A basic separation on a set with apartness", Univ. Belgrade Publ. El. Fac. Math. 8. (1997), 36-43.
          - "Left cocongruences defined by coradicals of principal right consistens subsets of semigroup with apartness", Bull. Soc. Math. Banja Luka 4, (1997), 1-22.
            Објавио је књиге из математике:
      - "Алгоритми и конструктивна математика", Библиотека уџбеници, уџбеничка литература и приручници, НИП "Универзитетска ријеч", Никшић, 1990. године.
        - "Математичка формализација поетике". Библиотека студије, чланци и огледи, Завод за уџбенике РС, Бијељина 1996. године.
- "Три еквивалентне теорије ефективне израчунљивости (Рекурзивне функције, Марковљеви нормални алгоритми и Тјурингове машине)", Завод за уџбенике и наставна средства Републике Српске, Српско Сарајево, 2002. године.
            На 7. Конгресу математичара, физичара и астронома Југославије, одржао је уводно излагање за секцију Примијењена математика на тему "Теорије о конструктибилном", Приштина 1987. године.
          Члан је Удружења књижевника Српске.
          Поезију је објављивао у многим листовима и часописима, а заступљен је у више антологија и зборника.
          Неколико пута је учествовао и на Међународним сусретима писаца у Београду, а поезија му је превођена на италијански, руски, македонски, бугарски и румунски језик.
Учествовао је више пута на Међународном сусрету писаца у Београду.
            Објавио је самосталне збирке пјесама:
          - "Над понором", Свјетлост, Сарајево, 1973.
         - "La speranza del vento" (Нада вјетра), Бергамо у Италији, 1983. (на италијанском језику).
         - "Клетва наде", Универзитетска ријеч, Титоград, 1985.
        - "Украдено сунце", Универзал, Тузла, 1986.
        - "Дио нашег лица", Хаику, Пожега, 1989.
        - "Зелени Десило", Удружење књижевника Републике Српске, 1993.
        - "Близина црне рупе", Удружење књижевника Републике Српске, 1993.
         - "Небо зове", Удружени издавачи, 1996.
- "Над безданом", Задужбина Петар Кочић, Београд - Бања Лука, 1998.

           О великом српском пјеснику и дипломати Јовану Дучићу објавио је четри књиге и то:
        - "Земаљско и Небеско Јована А. Дучића", 2001. године (монографија), (за прву годишњицу Дучићевог повратка у завичај).
        - "Епска рапсодија о Јовану Дучићу, 2002. године (за другу годишњицу Дучићевог повратка у завичај),
        - "Дучићев пут", 2003. године (монографија), (за трећу годишњицу Дучићевог повратка у завичај),
      - “Требињска Химера”, (стотину скица, цртежа и пројеката Јована Дучића о урбанизацији града Требиња).
          Објавио је и једну историјску читанку о завичају:
      - "Брестице некад и сад" (са Споменицом на 2. март 1942. године), Српско просвјетно и културно друштво "Просвјета", Билећа 2003. године.
        За штампу је припремио још неколико књига из математике, поезије и књижевне историографије.
           Милошевић је као пјесник стасао када се стварала поезија "источна", "западна", "несв   рстана", "паганска", "пролетерска" и "малограђанска", али ниједној од њих није припадао.
        Он се опредијелио за поезију са богатим изворним српским језиком из херцеговачког завичаја, у чијим пјесмама назиремо сјај шпанског језика, описност руског језика, афоризме и лаконски говор грчког и латинског, а понекад и грубост њемачког језика.
         За свој хомодуплекс Радослав Милошевић, у једној својој пјесми, каже: "...што сам ишао (даље у науку) све сам био (ближи умјетности)..."
        - Математичар који није помало и пјесник, није ни пјесник ни математичар, те је                Милошевићево созерцаније да Бог постоји јер је математика непротивуријечна".
Удружење књижевника Српске и Књижевна заједница "Јован Дучић"из Требиња, др. Радославу Милошевићу у част, организовали су 07.03.1998. године у Завичајном музеју у Требињу изложбу под називом: "Математика и ликовна умјетност" (од 99 слика, цртежа и графика), гдје је на импресиван начин повезао математику и ликовну умјетност кроз четири циклуса:
         - Човјек као свемир,
         - Трансцендентне и техничке криве,
         - Комплексна анализа, 
      - Графика и математика, чиме слути и математику на народним везовима и умјетнинама.
         Иницијатор је и покретач рада Школе младих математичара у Требињу, Покрета науку младима, Друштва математичара и информатичара „Еуклид“ за Источну Херцеговину са сједиштем у Требињу.
Покренуо је рад више књижевних друштава и клубова, од којих су афирмисали свој рад: Књижевни клуб „Патрис Лумумба“ у Тузли, Књижевни клуб „Мостови“ у Лукавцу, Литерарну секцију „Озренски пламен“ у Пурачићу. Покренуо је и уређивао је Студентске новине на Ријеци. Основао је Књижевни клуб „Свитања“ и Књижевну заједницу „Јован Дучић“ у Требињу.
           Добијао је и многа књижевна признања и награде на бројним манифестацијама, као нпр. у Тузли, Лукавцу, Ријеци, Никшићу, Подгорици, Смедереву, Крушевцу, на Козари и Стражилову.
         Оснивачи и организатор је Првих „Дучићевих вечери поезије“ 1967. године и обновљених „Дучићевих вечери поезије“ 1993. године у Требињу.
              Изабран је у звање доцента математике на Факултету за производњу и менаџмент у Требињу, као и на Филозофском факултету у Источном Сарајеву, на одсјеку за математику и рачунарство. 
             У штампи му се налазе два уџбеника (приручника) за студенте математике и технике.
